Positions
General Manager
Responsible for all aspects of the car wash operation, including scheduling, day-to-day management, hiring and personnel management, P&L oversight, and handling customer issues.
Assistant Manager
Reports to the General Manager and assists with all aspects of the car wash operation, including scheduling, day-to-day management, hiring and personnel management, and handling customer issues.
Customer Service Advisor (CSA)
Reports to the General Manager and is trained to assist with all aspects of the car wash operation, including guiding cars on to the conveyor, cleaning duties, and upselling car wash customers at the kiosk.
